One of the Nation’s Fastest-Growing Burger Franchises Offers an Anniversary Gift to App Users
Wayback Burgers, America’s Favorite Hometown Burger Joint and one of the nation’s fastest-growing burger franchises, is celebrating its one-year app anniversary on August 16.
It has been a successful first year for Wayback’s new app. So far, Wayback Burgers has had more than 100,000 downloads, and guests across the country are enjoying the intuitive layout and easy-to-use features of the app.
To celebrate the one-year milestone, Wayback Burgers has something special planned for guests. On August 16, Wayback will offer guests who have downloaded the app a chance to Buy One Get One Free of the tasty Caramel Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shakes. Additionally, guests will be rewarded with a $5 credit on the anniversary of the day that they downloaded the app.
“We are thrilled to be celebrating our app’s one-year anniversary with our guests,” says Wayback President Patrick Conlin. “We are glad the app has been so well received, and we are excited to roll out some exciting updates in the future.”
This app anniversary falls during Wayback’s Summer of Cinnamon. To start off the summer, the burger joint offered CinnaSugar ice cream sandwiches as a limited-time offer. This ice cream sandwich was a delicious concoction made of Blue Bunny vanilla ice cream stacked between deep-fried slider buns. To complete the tasty treat, the whole thing was rolled in cinnamon sugar.
Keeping with the cinnamon theme, Wayback will be rolling out its Caramel Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milkshake on August 9. This milkshake was the result of a charity partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Club members across the country submitted their shake ideas, and the chain narrowed them down to a few top favorites. After the fans voted on the top selections, Caramel Cinnamon Toast Crunch came out the winner – an idea from R.W. Brown Boys & Girls Club and the Caring People Alliance in Philadelphia. Another limited time offer, the shakes will be available at Wayback Burgers throughout August and September.
