Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer, unless a promotion is specified for discounted or free shipping. Wayback Burgers offers shipping services via USPS and UPS. Specific shipping costs will be quoted based on the Shipping Address provided in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page.
U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail Shipping
We offer First Class Mail shipping for only $1.95 on all U.S. orders. All First Class Mail shipments will take approximately 6-10 business days to ship, in addition to 1-2 business days for order processing. An email confirmation is sent to the customer once the package has left Wayback Burgers, however, tracking information is unavailable for packages shipped via First Class Mail Stamps. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
UPS Ground Shipping
UPS Ground shipments are expected to arrive no more than 5-7 business days following the shipped date as indicated in the customer’s shipping confirmation email, in addition to the 1-2 days for order processing. Tracking information is made available to the customer via the shipping confirmation email. UPS Ground shipment prices are based on weight and destination. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.
UPS 3-Day Select Shipping
UPS 3-Day Select shipments are expected to arrive no more than 3 business days following the shipped date as indicated in the customer’s shipping confirmation email, in addition to the 1-2 business days for order processing. Tracking information is made available for the customer via the shipping confirmation email. UPS 3-Day Select shipment prices are based on weight and destination. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service or UPS to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when applicable. Wayback Burgers is not responsible for shipping costs to complete the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you if your item(s) are not approved for refund based on condition and compliance with our Return Policy. If your item(s) are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund and have surpassed the 5-7 business days allotted to receive it, first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your item was received as defective, damaged, or does not fit, we will replace the item for you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide assistance with your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
