On September 21, Wayback Burgers joined forces with four other burger restaurants to create the Peace Day Burger. The limited-time burger was free, only available at a pop-up location in Atlanta which coincided with Peace Day.
It contained ingredients from Wayback’s Wayback Classic, Denny’s Bacon Slamburger. Krystal’s Cheese Krystal, Giraffas’ Brutus and Burger King’s Whopper sandwiches.
Each brand also donated money to Peace One Day, a nonprofit organization devoted to raising awareness and encouraging action on Peace Day.
