Impossible Melt among wave of meatless food items growing in popularity

This Lenten season, Wayback Burgers joins other chains to kick off a massive Lenten push for plant-based meat alternatives. Jignesh Raval of Wayback Burgers says the Impossible Melt is a burger featuring spicy garlic aioli sauce, topped with swiss cheese and sautéed onions, all sandwiched between two toasted, inverted buttered buns.
