NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THE PROMOTION.

    1. Eligibility: The Wayback Burgers and Coca-Cola Airfare campaign (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”).

      Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Wayback Burgers, Jake’s Franchising LLC, or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Promotion and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to and governed by Connecticut and U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, individually owned and operated Wayback Burger franchisees are not the sponsors of this Promotion.
    3. Timing: The Promotion begins on December 1, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
    4. To Participate: During the Promotion Period, eligible Entrants that complete the contest registration online at www.waybackburgers.com/AirfareSweepstakes will automatically be entered to win a prize. Entrants that also complete the Coca-Cola Challenge through the Wayback Rewards program will earn a second entry. To complete the Coca-Cola Challenge through the Wayback Rewards program, Wayback Rewards members must make three purchases of a burger or sandwich and a drink (in the same order) throughout the month of December 2024. Entrants that complete the challenge will also earn 120 bonus points to his/her account. Four (4) Entrants will be selected by Sponsor at random to receive a grand prize. The drawing will be conducted in the offices of the Sponsor located at 716 S Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410. Each Entrant may enter only one (1) time during the Promotion Period. One (1) additional entry will be granted to Entrants that complete the Coca-Cola Challenge through the Wayback Rewards program. Additional online or write in entries will not increase an Entrants’ odds of winning. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated

      number of entries will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Main St, Cheshire, CT 06410. The letter must include the Entrant’s full name, phone number, and email address. Limit one (1) request per person. All requests must be postmarked by December 31, 2024 and received no later than January 5, 2025. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.

      Promotion Entries may be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules by online or mail only. No Entries will be accepted at any Wayback Burgers restaurants or locations.

    6. Free Airfare: The four (4) Entrants who are selected to win a grand prize will be notified no later than January 10 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Other conditions and restrictions may apply. Odds of winning a Promotion Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Entry Period. The grand prize to be awarded is as follows:
      • Free Airfare: Two (2) Delta Flight vouchers for round trip airfare will be sent to each of the four (4) winners. These voucher can be used to book travel by June 27, 2025, for travel through December 31, 2025. The voucher is good for the 48 US states and don’t include Hawaii or Alaska.

      Taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, related to a prize are the responsibility of the individual winner. The Winner may be required to complete a W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification form and an IRS Form 1099-MISC may be filed reflecting the value of the prize.

    7. Prize Claims: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Winners will be notified by Sponsor using the email address Entrant used to enter. Jake’s Franchising, LLC will send the redemption code and certificate number to the winner via email. The voucher can be redeemed when booking travel using any of the channels specified below.

      3. Call Delta vacations at 800-800-1504 (Travel Agents call: 800-727-1111). This certificate applies exclusively to the air portion of your itinerary.

If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted or provide any other requested information within thirty (30) days of the email from Sponsor, or if the email is returned as undeliverable or if a potential winner is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person.
