Q: How long does it take for orders to process?
A: Please allow 1-2 business days from the time of order submission to process the order and prep for shipment.
Q: How am I notified of the progress of my order?
A: You will receive an email at the time of order placement to confirm that your order has been received. From there, you will receive an additional email at the time of shipment. Tracking information will be included in the shipment confirmation email if ordered via UPS. Emails will be sent to the email address entered during order placement.
Q: I created an account to store my order preferences, but information has since changed and I need to update it. How do I do this?

Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: Both UPS and USPS shipping methods are available based on speed and cost.
USPS shipping is a low-cost method, however it does not offer tracking information and shipping can take up to 6-10 business days. Please note that Wayback Burgers is not responsible if the package is lost in transition via USPS. Email [email protected] if you have not received your order 10 business days after the time you received your shipment confirmation email.
UPS shipping is a reliable method that offers tracking information and a faster arrival date for a higher cost. Ground (5-7 business days) and 3-Day shipping is available on the Wayback Burgers site for your order. Please keep in mind the shipping time frame does not include time for order processing. Tracking for your order will be provided in the shipment confirmation email after your order has been processed and prepped for shipment.
Q: My order is a gift and I am shipping it directly to the recipient. Is personalization available?
A: Yes! The option to personalize a Wayback Burgers greeting card is available when purchasing Wayback Burgers gift cards through the site. Once you’ve selected this option, several designs are available at a small flat cost. From there, you can then enter your personalized message and continue to Checkout. Unfortunately, at this time, this option is only available with the Wayback Burgers gift cards.

Q: Where can I redeem a Wayback Burgers gift card?
A: Gift cards can be redeemed at all participating Wayback Burgers locations. Please note, Wayback Burgers gift cards are not redeemable through the Wayback app.
