HOW TO ENTER: Beginning Friday, January 1, 2016 at 12:01am EST follow the instructions to enter the competition by visiting your local Wayback Burgers store for contest announcement. Entrants must snap a photo of themselves and use the official contest hashtag #WaybackBurgers in order to be eligible. Entrants must enter before 11:59pm EST on Saturday, February 27, 2016 in order to be eligible to win the prize. Entries received after this date and time will not be included in the selection process. One winner will be selected weekly on Monday’s, beginning January 18, 2016 and ending February 29, 2016 for a total of 7 winners. Contest winners will be notified via announcement on Instagram and will be responsible for communicating with the Sponsor to redeem winning prize. All details given must be correct and accurate. Please note, this is a US competition and is not site specific, therefore only one winner in the US will be chosen each week for 7 weeks.The winner will be announced by @WaybackBurgers Instagram through a comment on the winning post and will be directed to email [email protected] in order to collect their prize. The winner will be selected by by Jake’s Franchising LLC, who reserves to right the judge which photo is the winning submission. The decisions of Jake’s Franchising LLC are final on all matters relating to this competition. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of “most likes” received. The winner will be notified by the official @WaybackBurgers Instagram on each Monday by 12:00pm EST. Beginning January 18, 2016 and ending February 29, 2016. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days another will be chosen. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize is unavailable. All applicable income taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. By entering, entrants and their respective parents or legal guardians release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this competition or any prize won.
