When awarded the Master Franchise rights for a country, you are stepping into the franchisor’s role for your territory. Wayback Burgers will provide you with our business model that has shown success time and time again in the US and countries where the brand is established.
The Master Franchisee, with the guidance from Wayback Burgers, is responsible for:
• Building relationships with vendors in the country and negotiating contract pricing
• Recruiting franchisees through marketing initiatives
• Creating the infrastructure for ongoing training, support, and communication with franchisees
• Providing marketing initiatives and support to franchisees
Qualified candidates should have/be:
• Friendly, energetic and outgoing
• A business or franchising background
• Driven to succeed
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Proper capital to grow the business
• Flexible and open to new ideas
• The ability to help others achieve their goals
• A sense of humor and be able to let loose and have fun
