Wayback Burgers is celebrating Mardi Gras by bringing back a pair of Cajun fan-favorite menu items: The Big Easy Burger and Cajun Tater Tots.
The Big Easy Burger features two all-beef patties, topped with lettuce and tomato, melted pepper jack cheese and a Creole remoulade sauce on a split top bun.
Cajun Tater Tots consist of crispy tater tots tossed in Cajun seasoning with Creole remoulade on the side for dipping.
